It's been a very long time since I posted on my website blog, but thought I'd add an update on what's been unfolding the last 3 months with this incredible new space where I'll be running workshops and seeing clients in 2023.
At the new, Living Nest, in Kincumber, right next to Coles and behind the post office, you'll find our little cottage, where you can come in and have a Tea on Tuesdays at 10.
Out Tea at 10 on Tuesday is a drop in, casual 2 hours, where you can taste and learn more about the
Natural Lore Wellness Range, explore the extraordinary benefits these herbs and essences have on the body, mind and soul. Meet our new practitioners and get to learn more about the Endocannabinoid system.
Over the last 3 years, I've taken a deep dive into how I've wanted to come back into my practice after seeing many loved ones struggle with health challenges. Always looking for healthier and more holistic ways to support clients.
The Living Nest came together with my dearest and most respected friend Nikki Freeburn and her vision for a space to learn, grow and thrive as a community, especially in these times, and it's something that I'm so excited and humbled to be a part of.
If you want to keep up to date with all the up-and-coming events and workshops. Click the link to the Living Nest website for more details. Stay informed through Facebook and Instagram
