40 DAY LOOSENING UP SKETCHES 2014
At times when I don't get the opportunity to paint or create in a big way, I use this practice to stay centered and motivated
These drawings came out of a daily practice that I call loosening up sketched ...letting the pen move, making marks without expectation, then looking to see what can be made out of these marks, where a story may appear, a message for me, or simply a way to unravel the knots with in me. These are my creative push ups
Original Ink on A4 and A3 paper
Some of these original pieces will be used as larger artworks either on paper or canvas, I'm still deciding, and will be working towards a exhibition later on in 2015

Abstraction Exhibition Global Gallery 2006
Stephanie Gregory’s art is evidence of her personal journey - a journey of evolution, surrender and self-realisation. She is informed by her emotions and uses her art as an outlet for her energy. She creates works that are celebratory - regardless of the theme or depth there is always an element of optimism. Accepting her creative personality was a significant step in her journey towards the title of artist.
She regards art as therapy, painting without expectation or control.
Over the years she has simplified her art form. Today ink lines, monoprint, collage and select colour fuse to create a language of energy. She believes that with every work she produces, she frees herself.

Letting Go Exhibition MGallery 2005
This exhibition goes deep into a place unknown, enabling me to find the core essence of my inner artist
Going through life as if I was on a program, I came to the realisation that my program was very clear of who I was to be; but as a creative being I have no label, no program, I am simply colours and shapes which emerge as images, totally "Letting Go" and allowing spirit to create through me.
No control, moving out of the way and allowing that essence to be seen.
There is always that part of me that wants to make things happen, but when I step back and totally let go, I can see it, I can feel it, there is this instinct that calls to me to surrender all expectations and just see what happens.
When I do the most amazing images are created.

OBella Diva Exhibition Gosford Regional Gallery 2002
This exhibition was the way for my inner artist to blossom, a birthing and a welcoming of the beauty that surrounds me
All paintings are oil on canvas and are inspired by the chakra system of the body, meditation,, visualization and the Angels.
OBella Diva is the free spirit that lives inside of me, that part in me that sees the beauty in all that is around us, and it is from this free space in my heart that I create from.
We all have a beautiful Diva inside us, and we are all returning to that pure essence of our true self, all we need to do is to be willing to let go.
